We are passionate about oil and recognize the fact that only a natural approach which does not stress the trees can produce high quality  and completely natural oil.

We are not concerned with intensive cultivation, chemical treatments or exploiting nature.

However, high quality is not enough: for our oil we choose varieties of trees that are both rare but also absolutely typical of our area in order to obtain an even more exclusive product. At the same time we take care to safeguard those varieties of trees that are gradually disappearing simply because they are less productive or more difficult to grow.

We are also tending towards organic production, given that we have not used any chemical treatments for over ten years.
